We are located on the "South Hill" of Ithaca just minutes from Cornell University. With years of experience working in Property Management, most of our advertising is word of mouth. PROPERTY LISTINGS
We offer multiple choices for housing. 1,2,3,4,5 bedroom Apartments, and houses. Most are furnished and offer laundry,off street parking and maintenance. All of our properties border Ithaca College, and are minutes to Cornell. The TCat bus is easily available. Most property locations are on Birdseye View Drive, Danby Rd. Hudson St. Pennsylvania, and Kendall Ave. All in the Town of Ithaca. We have expanded to Niemi Rd. which accommodates TC3 and Cornell area residents very well.
LEASE OPTIONS
Most of our leases run from August 1st to June 30th to accommodate the school year. We start showing "will be" Junior and Seniors housing for the next school year in September. We prefer to show Sophomore students after they have been approved for off campus living. Our properties go quickly due to the Great locations. When your ready, don't delay contacting us to get the best housing for your off campus experience. We have a First come, first serve policy.
